Key area of work:
  • Handling Leads, Converting to Site Visit and Close Sale.
  • Channel Partner Relationship Management, Activation & Engagement.
  • Conduct Virtual Tours & Outvisit to Prospective buyers and complete site tour on site visit.
  • Ensure steady sales, complete documentation & handover to concerned team.
  • Daily & Periodical Reporting.
  • Good Communication Skill & knowledge of MS Office.
  • Lead genration & converting site visit / sales.
  • Engage with prospective buyers at Site / HO / Buyer's place for detailed project tour and presentation.
  • Follow up leads in CRM system.
  • Engage & Initiate BTL & Other Sales Promotial Activities.
